Mountain Drop #260710-5

15 3/4"x 8 1/4"x 4 1/4"

The Mountain Drop Series is an evolution of the Summit Series first introduced in 2017. After a few years of experimentation in both solid and hollow iterations of the form along with different colour application techniques the first drops were completed in the Spring of 2026 .The drop form works well with the medium of hot glass where by the liquid movement encourages the final outcome of the shape.

The series includes designs incorporating inspiration from the alpine and sub-alpine environments of the Western Canadian mountains with themes of mountain peaks, glaciers and wildflowers. The intuitive use of glass colour continues to evolve in the creation of these pieces as the repertoire of colour use and application techniques continue to grow.

Please note that we strive to show the colours of our products accurately, but due to inconsistencies of various display screens/monitors, the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual item. Glass colours can also look slightly different under different types of lighting (i.e., incandescent, fluorescent, daylight, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
