Refund Policy

Our refund policy is to offer exchanges of the item for another item of equal value.  If the item is a different value, the value of the item being exchanged will be put towards to value of the new item.  In the case that there is a balance left this will be available to use towards another item.  CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Shipping Policy

We currently automatically ship to Canada and the United States only.  International shipping beyond Canada and the US can be made by special arrangement, but is usually subject to much higher costs.  We generally ship through Canada Post and offer free shipping on orders over $100 CDN across Canada, or $250 CDN to the United States.  Flat rate shipping of $7 for orders under $100 in Canada and $15 for orders under $250 in the US will be applied during checkout.  You will be provided with a tracking number once the item is shipped.  We typically try to have the item packed and shipped by the next business day.

Local Pickup is currently available Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm.  We are located at 4884 Athalmer Rd.

Returns are to be shipped at the customers expense and can be exchanged for a different piece (see refund policy).  The new item will be shipped at our expense back to you via our choice of shipping provider.

Items broken during shipment will be replaced or repaired at our expense.  Although this is rare, we will work with you to figure out the best solution.
